Azania Atta This is a high protein atta flour which is used in making chapatis and snacks. It is prepared from high grade wheat grains that are freshly ground and are packed in various packaging of different sizes. The atta is made with our special process of absorbing more water when kneaded and the chapatis ‘puff’ nicely when heated on the tawa. As this Atta absorbs and retains more water, the rotis remain soft and tasty for hours.
